Description
Margins Neutral Oak Hotel White Wine is a California blend composed of 65% Chenin Blanc, 23% Muscat Blanc, and 12% Vermentino. The grapes are sourced from organically farmed vineyards across northern and central California, including Clarksburg and San Benito County. Each varietal is fermented separately using native yeasts, with the majority aged in neutral oak barrels for 4-5 months. A portion of the Chenin Blanc spends its aging period in concrete egg. Margins Neutral Oak Hotel White Wine undergoes no fining or filtration, with only 35 ppm of sulfur dioxide added before bottling.
