The estate sits in Bezouce, straddling the Costières de Nîmes and Coteaux du Pont du Gard appellations on pebble and sandstone soils. Domaine de la Patience Rosé follows a direct-press approach, with fermentation in temperature-controlled concrete and stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts. Light filtration and vegan-friendly fining complete the process. At 12% ABV, this Provençal-style pink captures Mediterranean sunshine in an organic package.
