Description
Jean-Marc Dreyer Elios Pinot Noir is a natural red wine from Rosheim in northern Alsace, France, crafted from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. The estate practices biodynamic viticulture, emphasizing minimal intervention to produce authentic wines. Grapes are hand-harvested and undergo an 8-10 day maceration with spontaneous fermentation in open-top vats outside the cellar. The wine is then aged in large foudres, bottled unfined and unfiltered, with no added sulfites.
