Description
Novaia Valpolicella Classico DOC 2023 is a dry red wine made from Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella grown on the estate’s organically farmed hillside vineyards in Novaia, in the commune of Marano di Valpolicella. The vineyards sit at 250–400 metres above sea level on marly-calcareous soils interspersed with basaltic and tufaceous layers, with south to south-east exposure. Grapes are hand-harvested in the last week of September, destemmed and gently crushed, then fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperature. Novaia Valpolicella Classico DOC 2023 ages ten months in stainless steel and two months in bottle. 12.5% ABV. Valpolicella Classico DOC.
