Description
Ramon Jané’s Baudili Negre 2022 is an exciting natural red wine made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Xarel·lo, and Parellada, grape varieties traditionally used for Cava production but here given a new expression in a still wine. The grapes are organically farmed on clay-limestone soils near the Garraf Natural Park, ensuring an expressive wine true to its terroir.
Baudili Negre 2022 undergoes a 15-day maceration with native yeast fermentation, followed by aging in stainless steel tanks. The wine is bottled without added sulfites or filtration, making it a pure and natural representation of the grapes. It is light, refreshing, and fruit-forward, with a peppery finish that pairs wonderfully with various foods. It is best served lightly chilled and offers a lively and approachable profile, perfect for casual gatherings or as an introduction to natural wines.
