The 2018 Symmetry has luxurious aromas of red fruit, plum, vanilla, dusty oak and dried fruit which unfold on the palate with silky layers of dark fruits, baking spices and a supple, rich mouthfeel. This wine is harmonious and elegant with refined tannins and a long, lingering finish.
Enjoy this wine now with beef stew, grilled pork tenderloin or an assortment of roasted vegetables, or cellar for enjoyment for years to come.

79% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Petit Verdot, 6% Malbec, 4% Merlot, 2% Cabernet Franc

“This wine starts tight, opening to floral and herbal scents, then extending into fresh and lasting power. The fruit has some vegetal overtones, notes of tobacco and a darker rootiness. It’s a blend of Bordeaux varieties: 79 percent cabernet sauvignon, with small amounts of petit verdot, malbec, merlot and franc. Oak plays a role with coffee-bean scents, needing time to integrate into the wine.”
