Description
Everything is Okay Lite Red Fizz is produced by winemaker Booker Riley from 80% Carignan, and 20% field blend. Carignan from Hidden Hawk is 80-year-old dry-farmed vines. Blended with a small plot that includes Grenache, Zin, and other cuttings from around the vineyard. Short maceration makes this a zippy, light red fizz.
